I talk to you everyday.
We laugh, play, smile, sing, cry, and just enjoy each other,
We know the feelings we share for each other and we embrace it,
I always think about you, I’ve dreamt about you, you’re always on my mind.
I wish to be held, to be kissed, to be touched.
The distance between us may not seem like much but it feels like were decades apart.
When I’m sad I think about you, I wish to be in your arms and to cry in your arms.
When I’m cold I wish to be in your arms and kept warm like I know I could.
When I’m scared I wish to be in your arms to be protected like you always say you will do.
When I feel the pains and sickness I wish to be cared for like you promised you would.
Most of all I wish to feel your hand on my face, a simple touch that will send a tingling feeling through my body and make me feel weak, but I know you’ll catch me when I can’t stand anymore for I know you’ll always be there.
I love you are the words I say to you everyday and then you will say them back and I will know you mean it.
I long to be with you every minute I’m not, I long for that kiss we will share in time, and most of all I long for that touch.
The simple touch that will make me fall in love with you all over again.
